Circle Dances - Singing World Mantras
“Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. For without change, nothing in this world would ever grow or blossom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to become the person they’re meant to be.” –B.K.S Iyengar ------------------------------------------------------ Join hands in a circle of friendly people to sing sacred phrases from the world's wisdom traditions while dancing simple movements. It will feed your soul, release stress and improve your immune system. Together we form a living energy mandala, and imbue it with a vibration of peace that radiates out to the world. We call these singing, moving prayers "Dances Of Universal Peace". We have a core group of people who are not on Meetup, so there will be many more people attending than you see in RSVPs. We don't care if you can't sing or dance or arrive on time - just come when you can and do what you can! No experience necessary. Everything is fully taught in minutes. No need to bring a partner. You may want to bring a water bottle. People are welcome to dance in shoes, socks or barefoot. Donation requested to help pay for hall rental & other expenses. Always live music. ------------------------------------------------------ Dear Friends~ Change is the one constant in our lives. So often a change that we don't like occurs - only to realize years later that it was for the best! The best way to be prepared for change is to have a regular practice of returning to Source, connecting with that place of acceptance and non-judgment at the center of our being. As always, we look forward to dancing with you again this Tuesday! ~ In Peace, Michael & Michelle ------------------------------------------------------ WE DANCE EVERY TUESDAY! What we're about

This interfaith group actively honors the diversity of spiritual traditions on Earth. We provide each participant the opportunity to have their own direct experience of the Divine through these traditions, without any doctrine or dogma of our own. Science has proven that singing and moving together as a group have important health benefits. Our conjoined biofields form a mandala of living energy, imbued with our intentional focus on peace and healing, that radiates these qualities into the collective consciousness of humanity.
