Sea Festival of Trees?
2013 will mark the 1st Annual Sea Festival of Trees held at the spacious Blue Ocean Music Hall, located on the ocean at Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts. The annual holiday event is designed to raise funds for designated local charities, and establish a fun holiday tradition for families and the general public. The festival committee is seeking participation from all members of the surrounding communities to showcase their decorating talents for the benefit of worthy organizations. In 2013, the proceeds from the Sea Festival of Trees will benefit Anna Jaques Hospital and the Salisbury Beach Partnership.
Beautifully designed 6 ft., 7 ft. and 8 ft. artificial trees will create a breathtaking array of color and lights to form the centerpiece of the Sea Festival of Trees. Trees and wreaths will be decorated by a variety of businesses, organizations, student groups and individuals for the purpose of raising much needed funds for local charities during the holiday season. Raffle tickets will be sold and attendees will have the opportunity to win the artificial trees and wreaths of their liking.
Giant Gingerbread House Display
Seaglass Restaurant will build a whimsical confectionary creation for display in The Pavilion/Seaglass lobby that features icons of Salisbury’s past and present. The 6 ft x 6 ft. structure will be constructed of edible gingerbread, candy, frosting and other colorful holiday sweets.
