Prescott Park Concert Series Presents; JUSTIN TOWNES EARLE!

JUSTIN TOWNES EARLE - Wednesday, July 2, 2014

It isn't easy to forge an identity in Americana folk when your father is Steve Earle, but that is exactly why the success of Justin Townes Earle is so noteworthy. With five albums in just six years, this Nashville guitarist stunned skeptics and received recognition from the industry by winning big at the Americana Music Awards in both 2009 and 2011 for Song of the Year and named one of the MUST HEAR artists at Bonnaroo by Spin Magazine. Unlike his father, this brilliant songwriting leans less on the socio-political side and more on the personal, relational side of the music spectrum. Don't miss this latter day troubadour...back by some serious popular demand!!

Offered in a gorgeous setting for a mere suggested $8 - $10 donation.

I just joined last week and inquired how I would know where the group would meet. No one responded, so I opted not to go as there was no information on WHERE the group would meet at Prescott Park . The weather did not deter me. The lack of information on where the group would meet turned me off. I am discouraged with the poor communication for NEW members who do not know anyone yet. It seems that there should be a group leader to at least meet new members at these events and to steer them to older members.

Is it possible to have a small flag at crowded events like this? This is the second time I arrived several hours early and even saved an area for others only to find people setting up in an area that was too crowded to even join them.

Last year I only saw one show canceled due to rain, and it was a downpour. Generally the show goes on!

It's raining in Nashua, so I'm canceling (as I'm afraid it will rain in Portsmouth soon and the show will be canceled). I did call Prescott Park but they have not posted a weather cancelation yet. FYI their number is[masked]

Hi, I am new to your group & am wondering how I meet up with members from the group at Prescott Park. Do you guys meet before hand. Where do you all sit? How do I hook up with you there?
