    This class offers a breakdown of the foundational postures and transitions found in traditional sun salutations.  You can expect a soft and grounding opening followed by a gentle flow, and meditative stretch to close.  You will be guided to use breath as a tool to move deeply into each posture with plenty of space and support to create intensity or softness in your practice.  This class allows students to explore the physical and mental benefits of both vinyasa and yin yoga.  

    True awareness happens when I am present. Yoga has helped me experience this as it has transformed me from the inside out. Please join me Monday evenings as I give back what has been taught to me through a mindful, slow-moving yoga practice.

    Drop-in: $10

    Nourish Yoga w/ Holly on Wednesday

    Cost: $40/month (4 class pass/preferred); $12/drop-in

    Class description: What would it feel like to be kind to yourself? What if there was no where to
    go; nothing to achieve but self-care? In this class, we nourish joints, muscles and fascia by slowing
    down and practicing compassionate attention. We take our time. We allow the body to feel. We
    create space for the mind to relax. We take care of our dear hearts. This deceptively gentle and
    definitely breath-centered practice allows us to tap into deep surrender and the art of letting go.
    This class is appropriate for the absolute beginner as well as the advanced practitioner who
    wants to go deeper into a practice of restoration and self-care.
