This group is for those who would like to improve the quality of their lives through being able to think more constructively and happily. Using the tools of Raja Yoga Meditation (Yoga for the Mind) we look at what is important and meaningful in our lives and how this can be brought about.
By being aware of the naturally positive nature of the self we can become free from all the negative or sorrowful influences that have tended to dominate our thinking. We can learn to get in touch with our own reality and enjoy being our true selves.
