The entire Irvington neighborhood is on the National Register of Historic Places. We'll have a look at some fine examples of early 20th century residences of the Craftsman and Period Revival styles. We'll start at the cafe near the historic Irvington School (1932). Then continue north for a look at the fine mid-century-modern Augustana Lutheran Church (1950) as we make our way east through the historic and architecturally diverse neighborhood. About midway through the tour we'll come upon a fabulous "Storybook" house. (see photo)
