• Second Floor "Study Room" (Glass door/wall)

• North-East corner on the 2nd floor

• If you have trouble finding the Study Room, ask at the 2nd Floor Information Desk.

This is the second in a series of support group meetings.

The format of this session is an open-format Q&A discussion rather than the usual presentation-style talks.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

If you want to share your successes and failures with your diet or health issues, this is a good opportunity tell your story and get some constructive feedback.

If you have specific goals for weight loss or health and wellness this is a good opportunity to work on an action plan.

If you do better staying on track when you have a supportive group, then you would definitely benefit from this.

THE AGENDA:

This will be a loose agenda with lively discussion.

WHY:

Let’s face it: Getting support from a group is far more effective than going it alone.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a notebook, pen and your enthusiasm. :-)
