Riding in trails closer to water sources and be able to ride from on or about 20-plus mles.
It is a first time cycling so will have to start riding 10-15 miles, just starting.
I am a military member recovering from a hip injury. The doctors recommended that I do not longer run. Cycling is one of my recommended options to get stronger and back in shape. I am ready to meeting new people while having fun and getting in shape.
