This group is for everyone wants to get fit as well as anyone who wants to maintain their current fitness level . This class will be offered every other Saturday either in the park or at a host location, The V: Premier Group Fitness. This class will be ran by Coach Archie who has been implementing fun and effective fitness techniques for over 7 years to get his clients to their goals. Whats a better way to make new friends than by sweating and getting fit together.
