I have made Thursday workouts a weekly routine. We work out the whole body taking turns choosing exercises between short runs.

Here is an sample workout:

We always meet at Charles Allen Gate.
Start time: 7:00pm (Please come early!)
10 min jog to warm up
Group Stretch and introductions in field by Oak Hill
Run around Active Oval Twice
Step Ups, Squats and Planks, (and other various exercises determined by the group)
Run through park (At Own Pace)
Climb Oak Hill at the end of every workout!
Cool down and stretch.

Does this seem like something you are interested in? We will start with this and then expand as the group gets larger and more people are able to contribute to the workouts. And most of all have fun!

Parking:
Please park on 10th street to avoid being towed. They ticket in the neighborhood on 8th and over.
