Prabhuji has systematized different traditional yoga techniques to create a methodology suitable for the Western public.
Prabhuji Yoga aims at the experience of our true nature. It promotes balance, health, and flexibility through proper diet, warm-up techniques (prāthamikābhyāsa), sequences (vinyāsas), postures (asanas), breathing exercises (prāṇāyāma), relaxation (śavāsana), and meditation (dhyāna).
