Recover after a busy week by sharing a cup of tea with friends and being guided in meditation by a qualified secular stress-reduction mindfulness instructor.
For tea-lovers or anyone who wants to start the weekend in a healthy and energising way with like-minded people.
Cost per person is 30rmb, which includes tea.
Maximum 8 people per session (including the host).

1) Kindly sign up to this event only if you are truly intending to come - the places are limited. The event is open for booking from 9am the Saturday before.
2) Make sure your name/profile shows up as booked to this event before you come. If there seems to be a problem, please contact the event organiser.
3) Arrive 5 minutes early if you can, so that we can fully enjoy the activities together.
4) Please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible if you know you will not be able to come so that another person can take your place. If you do not cancel there is a strong possibility you will be remembered by others.
5) People often tend to cancel last-minute so please do sign up to be notified of a cancellation so that you can fill their spot.
6) A high level of English language ability is required for this event so that participants can be clear on what is being practiced and can feel sufficiently included in the discussions, etc.
