What we're about
This is a group for people interested in moving towards internal balance and personal resilience within themselves and in their relationships. To help people to led the lives that they want to whilst being the best at being their authentic selves.
We will be running short talks and seminars covering methods such as rapid personal change, removing self limiting beliefs and behaviours to create lasting personal change. We will be doing this through a series of practical group seminars and workshops.
Using specific processes such as guided visualisation, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, integral eye movement therapy (IEMT), metaphoric work, meditation, positive affirmation and energy work.
From time to time we will arrange visits, walks and trips away.
