Beat Stress Simply 

In the first part of this session we will look to further explore and answer questions on David's presentation on Beat Stress Simply (BSS) from the last session.

Intentional Deep Focus

In the second part of the session, we will continue exploring ways of gaining more 'elective' influence in our lives from the use of Intentional Deep Focus. We will be exploring progressive deeper levels of focus (drawing from the fields of mediation, mindfulness, cognitive therapy, breath-work and self-hypnosis).

    Hi Sean and all others,

    I am sorry to hear you won't be about until February but I trust you will have good Christmas season and wonderful travels away in January. Things are a bit mad with me at work at the moment (and I also have a stinking cold!) and will be up to Christmas, so I am sorry to say I won't be able to make tomorrow evening or any other meetings until the New Year. I hope that January will bring clearer and calmer times and I will be able to restart with the group with an open and bright horizon ahead of me.

    In the meantime I send you all best wishes and look forward to seeing you again when the time is right.

    Good Morning Everybody,
    The BeatStressSimply.com biofeedback app is not available from the website yet. The workbook that you took away on 7th was designed for a particular group but is useful for you too, I would hope.
    The idea behind it is that trainers try to improve performance through rational advice or changing behavioural practice. Psychologists will help with mindsets and limiting beliefs or motivation. This is helpful but the benefits may not be sustained because the deeper more fundamental levels that ultimately drive performance can still be subject to intermittent losses of form. Addressing these levels through mastering our physiology gives a longer lasting improvement and through altering the breath is instantaneous.

    Please let me know how it helps you, if at all. For instance, is it easy to understand the workbook...?
    Clearly, as Sean suggests, training requires a little more than 2 hours.
    I will look forward to your ideas and suggestions on the 21st. :D
