What we're about
This is a group for anybody who wants to improve their health and wellbeing. You learn useful techniques and health tips. Learn simple and safe meridian power points to help yourself and family to improve general health and to manage pains and multiple medical symptoms, for example, back pains, anxiety and sleeping problems. You learn Eastern health tips on prevention of Alzheimer's disease etc. and on healthy eating. You also get to practice gentle tai chi qigong to improve your balance, flexibility and strength. This is also a very friendly social group for people to meet up and connect.
