Transform your Life by Telling the Truth

Imagine a world in which you can be fully yourself and trust yourself in expressing whatever comes up for you, moment-to-moment. At this Radical Honesty session, we will create a safe container where you can experiment with telling your own truth, feeling your feelings, and connect to people in a refreshing, new way!

Radical Honesty is a transformational communication method, based on speaking honestly about your current experience. Within the context of this work, the word radical stands for "root" or "core" – it has nothing to do with "brutal" or "aggressive" honesty as you will see when attending a session with us. The introductory sessions follow this simple structure:

First, we expand our awareness and skills in noticing our bodies
Second, we understand the difference between reality and thoughts
Third, we learn how to relate our truth to others

... and then we are having some fun with telling the truth :)!

This is a 2-hour Radical Honesty Practice session, suited for beginners. If this is your first time, awesome. I'm happy to welcome you and support you on your journey towards your own authentic center.

The price is 15 Euros or 400 CZK.

Radical Honesty is a growing global movement and has changed the lives of thousands of people. Telling the truth about our feelings and thoughts has the power to create closer connections to others, leading to more intimate relation- and friendships. It also has the power to help us break free from obsessive thinking, as this is mainly caused by lying or withholding important information.

Radical Honesty is not always easy, but it's worth the effort. Learning to speak up for yourself and tapping into your power is one of the primal skills needed to create a creative and happy life. We often refer to Radical Honesty as an "Interpersonal meditation" – relating whatever comes up for you to the other person in a compassionate way.

Workshop participants often say that Radical Honesty helped them
... to worry less and feel more
... get over being angry, hurt, or sad
... complete the past and stay more grounded here and now
... forgive their parents, friends, past lovers, etc.
... break free from overthinking

About the Trainer:

✌️ Hi. I am Marvin. I am one of the first three certified Radical Honesty Trainers in Germany. I led my first Radical Honesty workshop 4 years ago. That was in Hamburg... with 4 participants. One person left after the first day. I had no clue what I was doing. I kept working on my skills, presence, and at my own triggers. I think I changed a lot. And I like to take credit for the current and still growing popularity of Radical Honesty in Europe and mainly in Germany. I think me and my friends have been doing a pretty good job at creating exceptional spaces! Spaces where humans are free to be themselves out-loud, allow themselves to lower their guards and experiment with refreshing, new ways of being and relating to other people ❤️ 👨‍👨‍👧

🇩🇪 I want to brag a little. Today, I have led around 50 Radical Honesty workshops and retreats all over the world. One of my all-time favorites was on Wall Street, New York City. I worked exactly there in Investment Bank Auditing ten years ago. Bringing Radical Honesty to where I lived my biggest lies 8 years ago was a full-circle completion for me. I grabbed the bull by the balls, so to speak. I tried to do the math and I think I have worked with people from around 30 countries, including South Africa, Colombia, and Pakistan. At the end of the day, I believe that us humans all want the same thing: the simple joys that come from being present and alive in our own bodies. We want to feel good, be happy, and do good. I think that’s universal 👶🏿👶👶🏽👶🏻.
