This class will teach you how to silence negative thoughts (depression), trust, and peacefully rest in God’s Word (by meditating on scriptures, not just repeating them, but incorporating scriptures emotionally and physically into your exercise and healthy eating routine. Allowing the scriptures to penetrate your mind and body as your dedicate this time to Jesus Christ.
