There will be a 10 minute Gong bath after the yoga. 

Prana Kriya Yoga is a unique practice which has long been regarded among many great masters in India to hold the key to slowing down the ageing process. It harmonises and unites the flow of the physical movement in our bodies (kriya) with its energetic power. The blood is recharged with oxygen and simultaneously decarbonised, and the brain and spinal centres are rejuvenated. The pre-mature decaying of tissues in the body can be stopped that way. 
This form of yoga also helps you to bring your actions in line with your mental and emotional state. It is a strong preparation for the awakening of the kundalini energy within you and for letting go of limiting beliefs and old physical and mental patterns that can hold you back.
