What most people don't realise is that stress is am energy that we carry with us. When we meditate we can break down and release the stress energy allowing more positive energy to flow through s creating a sense of peace and calm.
This meditation evening is open to anyone who is interested in meditation and how it can help reduce stress, creat calm in our lives and increase the energy we all have.
