WHY I BELIEVE BUYING A CONDO IN TORONTO IS A GREAT IDEA? Toronto has one of the most affordable real estate markets on a Price Per Square Foot (PSF) basis, compared with other G8 world cities that have pushed affordability to its limits. Price per sq ft is constantly going up driven by the multiple factors. High immigration rate, low unemployment rate, low vacancy rate, unaffordable house market, etc. Toronto is now a world city with many international buyers and visitors eager to experience the exciting city it has become.
TORONTO IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! Toronto is Canada’s largest city and 4th largest in North America and ranks as one of the top cities in the world to live & work.
CONDOS ARE A GREAT INVESTMENT! Over the last year, the Toronto condo market outperformed the Toronto Stock Exchange by 10.5% IF YOU ARE ASKING YOURSELF WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO PURCHASE... It is always five years ago.
