Hike Willow Trail #347 & Hokaygon Trail #341

Ken Kisner has graciously volunteered to lead us on our hike this week.

Hokaygon Trail #341 is an internal trail that can be accessed via Willow Trail #347. Both of these trails traverse the rolling terrain southeast of Granite Mountain.

We will start our hike at the #347 trail head. We will follow this to trail #341 and loop back to #347.

The total hike will be 3.5 - 4 miles.

This hike is described as easy to moderate on the Prescott City Trail Map.

There is limited parking at the trail head.

We will meet at 9:00am at the Goodwill store in Prescott. The address is 1375 Iron Springs Road. We will then carpool to the trail head.

The directions to the trail head are as follows:

From the Goodwill Store, go left onto Iron Springs Road. Turn right at Williamson Valley Road. Continue for 1.5 miles to Burnt Ranch Road. Turn left and go one block to Hozoni Road. Turn right and travel two blocks to Katahn Road. Turn left and proceed 0.4 miles to the junction of Katahn and Yeibitchai Road. Continue straight ahead for 0.1 miles to the trail head on the right. The road condition is paved.

Bring plenty of water, snack, hiking sticks, and hiking shoes.

Please have my phone number with you. (Tina -[masked])
