A network for mutual support for people in the Greater Princeton Area interested in yoga, meditation, holistic healing.

The Princeton Center for Yoga & Health is a place where all sorts of unique, creative and inspiring people can come together and enjoy the many benefits of yoga. All are welcome!

Right now, all events are either online or some limited space on site classes. Please do check with website for daily class schedule as we are adding new classes and revised schedule with the evolving conditions.

Medium pace, designed to get you moving.

What to expect:

These classes emphasize linking breath with movement. Teachers guide students into mindfully moving from one pose to the next. There are more weight-bearing poses taught (such as planks) in Flow class vs. Hatha class, and the pace is typically faster in flow class vs. Hatha class. Moderate-challenging poses are taught and an exploration of arm balances and inversions may be offered.

Is this class right for you?
Some experience and familiarity with basic poses is recommended (not best for beginners); however, variations and modifications are offered so that each student is both accommodated and challenged.
