Maybe you saw them at last year's April meetup. Perhaps you saw them at Dutch Springs during one of their Northeast Diving Equipment Group rallies. Or just maybe you've seen them in one of the many TV shows or movies like "Men of Honor." They are Hard Hat divers, the work-horses of diving history.
How would you like to try diving in this type of gear?
Every year on Memorial Day weekend & Labor Day weekend the Northeast Diving Equipment Group get together, with their vast collection of vintage dive gear. They are always excited to show off their piece of history. If you are a certified diver, they'll even let you dive in it too.
Fred Barthes happily invited Pristine Azul to join them again this Memorial Day weekend. It is an exciting time for all who attend, as you can see in the pictures. We are welcome to join them on Labor Day Weekend also to do it again. All they ask is for a small donation & some of your time to help dress other divers.
Pristine Azul will be setting up camp near the Blue Koi Gift Shop. So bring your tents & gear and join us for a fun filled weekend of diving & friends, maybe trade stories around the campfire. As always you are welcome to enjoy regular scuba diving, so remember to bring your gear.
