Brant Cooper is the founder of Moves the Needle and the NYT best-selling author of The Lean Entrepreneur. He's also an experienced keynote speaker and TEDx talker.
He'll be in town this one-night-only to talk about New Leadership Behavior!
In his own words, here's what his topic is about:
"Coming from the “Lean Startup” world, this is what I used to talk quite a bit about — design thinking, agile, lean startup from the practitioner point of view.
What I’ve found recently, however, is:
1) Good PMs have now incorporated (for the most part) these principles in to their thinking; but
2) The primary obstacle to working this way is leadership.
My talk focuses on what are the behaviors needed from leadership and how organizations can develop them. I also can talk about how PMs can take their lean innovation practices to the next level. Applying the principles to everyday work is one thing, but how can we apply them to lay the foundation for future growth?"
