What does it mean to be product-led? It certainly is not “product manager led”. In a product-led company, product is their competitive advantage and the key driver of customer loyalty. Great products emerge from empowered, fully cross functional teams.

Many leading B2B software companies started out as sales-led companies, over time we saw a shift to a marketing-led model. Today we have entered the era of product-led companies. This is the journey Fraedom has taken. At this ProductTank event, Fraedom CTO Russell Bennett and the Head of Product Strategy & Innovation Nick Campbell will share their amazing journey with us. We will have an open and honest conversation about what they have learnt in becoming a product-led organisation.

About our speakers:
Russell Bennett is the CTO of Fraedom and has been core to Fraedom since its inception in 1999. He’s involved in all aspects of product strategy and technical delivery. He is recognised as a leading expert in cloud-based payments and expense technology.

Nick Campbell is the Head of Product Strategy & Innovation at Fraedom. He is an experienced Product Manager, thought leader and innovator. He has been instrumental in driving innovation and advancing the Fraedom product set.
