ProductTank Auckland had a successful year in 2019 with some key events like World Product Day in May and Unconference in September. So continuing that rhythm, we have a prominent international speaker for our Dec 2019 event.

We have a special guest- ROMAN PICHLER joining us REMOTELY from the UK and talk about 'Product Strategy Success Factors' in this MORNING session between 7.30am-9.00am.

What is his talk about?
This presentation discusses four factors that help you make effective strategic decisions for your product: tools, process, people, and organisation. Whether you are a product owner, product manager or involved with product management in some capacity, you will leave with better understanding of what is important to make effective strategy decisions.

Who is ROMAN PICHLER?
ROMAN PICHLER is a product management expert specialised in digital products. He has more than 15 years experience in teaching product managers and product owners, and in helping companies build a successful product management organisation.​
Roman is the author of three books, including Strategize: Product Strategy and Product Roadmap Practices for the Digital Age and Agile Product Management with Scrum, and he writes a popular blog for product professionals.​ Roman is based in Wendover near London in the United Kingdom.​
