Speaker Bios
- Jeff Dixon, AVP Digital Product Management & Development at AT&T. Jeff has led online marketing, sales, account management and support across AT&T’s digital properties for the past eight years. As a GM, he has been responsible for several functions, including strategy, data & analytics, product management, UX/design, and development. Before joining AT&T, Jeff worked as a group product manager early in Amazon’s growth. More recently, Jeff worked at a venture-backed start-up and bootstrapped his own location-based mobile game company. Jeff has an MBA from University of Virginia and an engineering degree from Dartmouth College.
- Cortney Jacobsen, Director of Product, Customer Experience at Spring Health. Cortney has been in product management for over 20 years, in media & entertainment, ecommerce, and health & wellness. She has worked for Amazon and Disney, as well as a handful of start-ups, including one of her own for a brief moment. She currently leads Product for Spring Health, a provider of integrated mental health solutions for employers. She enjoys building strong PM teams, creating product strategy, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
