Our theme this month is about Growing up, adapting and staying creative as product managers.
This time around, we're absolutely delighted to welcome, not one, but two speakers from the ProductTank family. We have literally struck speaker gold!
Our first speaker is Janna Bastow, CEO of ProdPad, a product management software tool that helps product teams collect ideas, identify priorities, and build flexible product roadmaps. She is also one of the reasons ProductTank exists as one of the founders of ProductTank and Mind the Product.
Janna will be delivering a talk on "Growing up lean" in which she will share some tips on how to tackle the challenges of a product that’s past its initial growth stage.
You can find Janna online at:
Our second speaker is Marc Abraham, Chief Product Officer at Settled, a London based startup which takes the pain out of property transactions. Marc is also the Global ProductTank Co-ordinator, works closely with the organisers of over 150 ProductTank meet-ups globally (that includes Brum's Keji, Janice and Sim!)
In his talk, "Why Jay-Z would make a great product manager, Marc will draw parallels between Jay-Z's knack for rap battles and freestyles and how we as product manage constantly need to be creative and adapt. We're intrigued!
You can find Marc online at:
The event venue and refreshments are kindly sponsored by Packt Publishing, who will be hosting us at their Birmingham office.
