Our Speakers for the evening:
Gareth Hurn, Product Leader (Orange, Blackberry, TCL Communication)
Gareth will be talking to us about product leadership in a fast-changing technology environment
In 2001, the mobile market was 2G phones for talk and text. Today, we use our mobile devices for countless experiences and 5G is just around the corner. Has any other industry changed as much as Mobile Telecoms in the last 18 years? When thinking of change - consider the brands, the business models, the product experience, the value chain, mergers and acquisitions, the disruption.
As a Product Leader, how do you deal with that?
Based on his journey through a transforming telecoms market at Orange (EE), BlackBerry and TCL Communication, Gareth will focus on 4 key experiences, highlight some of my key learnings through success and failure, and encourage you to think how you might apply that to your own product environments.
