Managing Product Development In A Growing Startup (Piktochart as case study)
Startups operate at a much more volatile and dynamic environment than an already established enterprise. During the 6 years of growth, the team of Piktochart, a Malaysia based startup which is helping 11 million users around the world without experience in graphic design to create 24 million visuals, has gone through several learnings to scale up their product development team and processes. In this meetup, Elvin - CPO of Piktochart will share the different phases of product development the team have established in the past and how those process changes helped at the different stages of our startup growth.

Elvin Lee - Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Piktochart
After completing his education in Australia, Elvin went back to Malaysia and started his career in Piktochart as a software engineer, and now he is CPO of this company. Piktochart is a successful startup based in Malaysia, which provides a web-based application for users without experience in graphic design to easily create infographics and visuals. Elvin will fly all the way to HCMC from Penang, Malaysia, where Piktochart is located, to share us his product management journey at Piktochart.
