Our first panelist Ewa Sobula

Lecturer and mentor at AGH University of Science and Technology, co-founder of World Usability Day Krakow, occasionally a speaker (UX Poland, WUD KRK), trainer and writer (Marketer+). Passionate about understanding people’s needs and motivations first, building seamless experience second.
The next panelist is Maciek Wiktorowski

Author of the award-winning PhD doctoral thesis about Management of Product Portfolios in media organizations. Family guy, books addict, fan of Swedish chocolate and categorical imperative.
Introducing Bart Czarnecki
I am a Product Manager at Guidewire's Krakow Development Center. I have always been an entrepreneur starting and running a few companies. Amongst others, I have worked on a vertical Customer Relations Management application for the automotive industry and online garden design application.
Recently I have decided to pursue a corporate career and Asea Brown Boverei was my first stop. I was the Product Owner and Principal Business Analyst for the team behind abb.com (http://abb.com/) global website. I and my team build a set of tools for country and business organizations within the company to create and maintain their web pages.
Privately I’m a tinkerer, constantly putting more features into my garden - my DIY clay pizza oven makes killer pizza. I love my family and snowboarding.
Our fourth panelist Andrew Shamanov
Andrew is the product manager of NewsBank - ABB's corporate storytelling platform. He believes that Lean practices, data-driven decisions and transparent communication are the keys to success for both startups and corporations. At the rare moments of not building new products, he's a yoga practitioner, a vinyl records enthusiast and a bass guitar monster.
And last but not least :) Sebastian Kacza
I am Technical Product Manager at Relativity. My Product Management adventure started in 2009 when I was building highly complex back-end system for calculating air taxes on air tickets (I know, not really sexy stuff). Then I moved to front-end side products focusing more on user experience and understanding how the workflow is important and how easy it is to completely ruin your product by not paying attention to details.
Always searching for challenges (read: 'troubles') and loving learning new things to help 'building products people love'...oh yeah, and I am helping with organizing Product Tanks in Kraków. My favorite product?...definitely - my guitar!
