Ashley is the Vice President of Product Management at Dollar Shave Club, an online men’s grooming and lifestyle business. She's been creating engaging digital experiences for over 10 years. Prior to joining Dollar Shave Club, Ashley oversaw the consumer experience at DogVacay and was head of mobile at eHarmony. She has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Thad Hwang joined The Black Tux in June 2018 as Chief Product Officer. Previously he was the Head of Product for Lyft’s Passenger Experience, where he grew the team 4x to 85 people in less than a year. Thad has extensive experience leading & growing product teams for companies from a variety of different stages, as large as eBay to the startup Slice, which was acquired by Rakuten.

Logan is the VP of Product Growth at Tala, a company focused on bringing financial inclusion to 3 billion people underserved globally. Previously he led groups of product teams at Uber focused on driver growth and engagement. Before Uber, he founded multiple startups and worked on viral growth for an Android messaging app founded by growth expert Andrew Chen, now a GP at Andreesen Horowitz.
