About the speaker:
Alexandra joined Readdle, Ukrainian app development company famous for their award-winning productivity apps, over 5 years ago as a support specialist. For the past three years, she has been leading and growing Customer Support team which now has over 15 people.
In her career path, Alexandra and her team have successfully tackled a number of challenges starting from setting up daily operations, introducing multiple shifts, managing remote team members and developing a voice of the customer programs. Effective collaboration with multiple teams internally and creating a process for open discussion and addressing product inquiries has been one of the major achievements.
