In this talk Product Managers will step down and let Product Designers and User Experience experts take the stage.
The intention of this meetup is to get the point of view of these professionals and how they see the relationship with Product Management working at it’s best and when this relationship goes “tits up”.
The goal: To make sure we understand how designers and UX professionals see the relationship with PMs, and how to make the most of it to make great products.
Some questions we will get answered in this talk:
¿How can Product Managers and Product Designers/UX work and collaborate to create great products?¿What, from the point of view of Product Designers and UX, is the line that divides each of the roles?¿Can we get good and bad examples of how this relationship has worked and get insights from those examples?
The speakers for this product event are:
Michael Thompson (Consultant and Researcher in Customer Experience Strategy)
Michael teaches about Strategic Product Design in business schools such as Instituto de Empresa or ESNE Design School. Previously he worked in Telefonica as Global Director of Design and VP of User Experience in EmailVision.
Ramón Andrío (Building products online)
Ramón works on changing the logistic's industry as Product Manager at OnTruck. He also teaches Vision and Strategy of Product at The Hero Camp. He worked at La Nevera Roja as Product Designer, and he was CPO at Drivies, the Insurance Telematics product of Telefónica.
Danny Saltaren (CPO & Co-Founder at mendesaltaren)
Danny has a ton of experience in the world of digital product design. He has been involved as Head of Design in known companies such as Chicfy or Playtomic, Job & Talent and Fever.
