The most important skill a Product Manager can have, is knowing how to learn. At its heart, product management is about having endless curiousity about all the aspects of a given product. From markets to customers to technology to pricing to culture - how well you do as a product manager, depends on how quickly you learn new topics (and how persistent you are in learning!)
This March at ProductTank Oslo, our speakers will take a look at their own learning experiences and share tips on how you can be a more efficient learner of all the things you need.
Doors open at 17:30 for registration, drinks and pizza
Program starts at 18:00
Bojana Milasinovic from Tomra will be speaking about how to learn about new cultures.
Bojana moved from Serbia to Norway to work in Telenor Digital, where she was running business operations for Wowbox app. Learning about new cultures, user behaviors and obsessive diving into data helped in adapting successful Bangladeshi product to fit Pakistan and Myanmar markets. Bojana has M.Sc. of Computer Science and an MBA and is currently working in Tomra as a Business Manager for Consumer Services across their international footprint.
Tarald Trønnes from DOGA is going to address how mindsets impact how you learn.
Tarald is an electrical engineer by education, but since his first job in Nokia he's been sailing across multiple disciplines. For more than 15 years, he has been advising companies internationally on sales and marketing, strategic marketing, branding, customer experience, and now design. As a lifelong learner, he will enthusiastically reflect on how your mindset can influence your learning.
