Speakers:
Erik Devetak, Chief Product Officer, Xeneta
Erik joined Xeneta as a Product manager in 2016 and is now the Chief Product Officer responsible for the product, UX and data divisions at Xeneta. Prior to joining Xeneta Erik has worked as a product manager and sales engineer in the Information Governance division of HPE Software. He has also worked as a researcher at CERN and as a quantitative strategist at Goldman Sachs. Erik Devetak holds a Ph.D. from Oxford University and an MSc from Imperial College.

Lucas Weldeghebriel, CEO of Shifter
Lucas is a journalist keen on ensuring his stories are compelling and relevant to his audience. From writing up traffic accidents at Aftenposten to increasing subscriptions to VG by 10x, he left Schibsted to found Shifter, a content company focused on Norway's investor and tech startup scene. When not chasing the next great startup story, he enjoys his hedgehog collection.

Silje Narum, VP Brand, Marketing & Communications at Tomra Collection Solutions
With a lifelong passion for skiing and climbing using nature as her playground, Silje has always had a focus on sustainability in her career. After working as a consultant for large international clients within the renewable energy industry the opportunity of joining TOMRA was a perfect fit for her. The unique combination of business and environment- technology and purpose with so many untold stories was a highly intriguing task. Silje is a Kaospilot and holds an MSc in International Business Management with Sustainability from Edinburgh.
