He specializes in identifying successful beachhead strategies through market sizing and segmenting market by unmet needs. He has developed a framework that combines qualitative and quantitative market needs data collection, enabling a total market view of all the market pain points in a market.
He has 14+ years’ experience in product development research and most recently worked with UK and German Automotive sector, Food Delivery and Fintech Sector. Iain also has run 5 startup incubators programmes in Birmingham and currently delivers masterclasses and mentors with Natwest Entrepreneurial Spark Accelerator and the Oxford Foundry LEV8 programme.
