At this point, many of you have made big plans with your teams for the impact you'll have in 2020. Our first meetup of the year will focus on measuring the impact of our product work.
Several members of the community have stepped forward to share short case studies walking us through a new feature they built and released, how they defined metrics to measure success, and the tools and processes used to analyze and report the impact of their product change.
We'll also have a short introduction to OKRs, which have become a common way for teams to set goals, make commitments, and measure results.
Thank you to StrongMind for hosting us.
We look forward to seeing you next week. Feel free to bring your product collaborators in design, engineering, and analytics with you.
