Creating Focus, Consistency, and Transparency Within the Chaos of Roadmapping
By Rohini Pandhi

As product managers, we receive seemingly unlimited amounts of input on a daily basis. We get a continual stream of feedback from our customers, new ideas and proposals from our teams, and data/analytics from our products. We then need to synthesize all of that, weigh each potential project against one another, and align the team towards the right goals. In this talk, I'll share the criteria and processes our product team uses to evaluate, prioritize, and communicate our roadmap.
