Welcome to Producttank Tallinn 2nd meetup. May 15th is known as World Product Day and similar ProductTank meetups will be held in more than 100 different cities at the same time.

During this special product management night, we’ve got exciting topic, real cases and real learning about how we make our decisions.

Assumption is the Mother of All F*** Up Products

When we design and develop services or products we are assuming quite a lot because we are missing information. Just like a picture where some of the parts are missing - our brain can create the missing parts.

-How to recognize that now you went into assuming mode?
-Are people really doing what they are saying?
-Do we make rational choices?

Kaja Kruus, Service Designer and design thinking enthusiast from Proekspert AS will share real cases where the assumptions took over and we made decisions based on that. The theme for the event will be a gamification form and group discussion where participants will work/discuss in groups and share results in the name of the group.

You can also share your assumption story when you register. If you don't have one, then please write a few words about what you'd like to learn from the meetup. We will ask you to share your story during the meetup.
