She started her SEO career accidentally. When applying for an internship at Market Rats, she thought that it will involve practice in marketing. Working in the SEO field for 6 years, Kamilė experienced what it means to provide SEO services as an agency, freelancer, and to lead projects in-house. One of the biggest challenges in her career was related to Pigu Group website's facelifts - web and mobile. As a result she will share her 2 totally different experiences, work with design, product, IT teams and result - that was far away from what was expected. --- Adas Bradauskas, Product Manager at Wix.com Adas is a Product Manager at Wix.com, where he has a goal to make a complex database product easy to understand to everyone. Adas has also worked at a Danish FinTech marvel MobilePay and Lithuanian hardware flagman Deeper. Adas has a less common formal background for a PM. He comes from the Psychology field. Adas wants to share his experience of how his education helped him to understand users better. He will share a few famous studies and concepts from psychology that are relevant to day-to-day PM work. He started his product management career in South Africa working as a Head of Product at digital coupons startup Snapnsave. After his return to Lithuania he started working on full Pigu.lt redesign at Pigu Group. Jaunius came across many good approaches and even more fails in his career. He says that all the challenges made him better and even more motivated to keep growing as a person and as an expert. During his journey he realised that product development is very similar to personal relationships development. As a result, he will share his vision on how to treat product as the relationship with ourselves and others. --- Aistė Araminaitė-Pivorė, Product Owner at Tesonet Aistė is a product owner for internet security products at Tesonet. Her life iteration goes like this: something interesting in sight >> present herself and take the opportunity >> have slight regrets (and swear-words) for the first 3 months while trying to swim with one hand >> learn to use second hand >> get good at it >> repeat. These principles go for her main job and side projects. Her job now and in previous companies is all about software development. Yet in the Product Tank meet-up she’ll talk about a very physical product - the making of a board game Šeimas and how it is different from software development.
