It's a work in progress, but it's already helping them get richer insights from their customers sooner, while keeping bank lawyers relaxed. Tim D'Shea arrived at Kiwibank after a random journey through video editing, investment banking, being the CFO for NZ's largest video game publisher, and a couple of startups.
