In this months edition, Product Tank Toronto is trying something new. Introducing Lightning Talks! Huge shoutout to Instacart for hosting this months edition! Hope to see all you familiar faces there :)

**Note that this session will have a SPACE LIMIT so we will be stricter on registration and attendance for this round.

We have invited 5 product leaders to share on a topic (listed below). Each speaker will have a 5 - 10 minute presentation with a 5 minute Q&A session.

**TALK 1: Framework for delivering with the complete product in mind (sales, distribution, marketing, support, etc)
By Kevan Osmond, Senior Product Manager at Jobber**

Kevan is currently helping build out the Toronto Product Development practice for Jobber, software built for growing home service businesses. He comes from a mathematics background and has worked on products around the world on a number of different platforms. He is an alumni of BlackBerry, was previously a Director at TribalScale defining and shipping products for clients across industries and locations, and is the co-founder of Kindness Connect volunteer management software.

**TALK 2: Building For The Future: Creating Accessible Products Your Users Will Love.
By Simone Pereira, Product Manager at BiblioCommons**

Simone Pereira is a Product Manager with almost a decade's worth of industry experience building intuitive and beautiful products that consumers love. She currently works at BiblioCommons, where she oversees planning and development on a SaaS content management system being used by public libraries in cities like Chicago, Edmonton, and Boston.

**TALK 3: Discovery framework to develop and get funding for a new startup with a focus on how it applies to new feature/product development

Dave has been practicing product management for six years at various Toronto start-ups and enterprises. He has worked on products that span employee engagement, employee predictive job matching and social ad-tech. Most recently, he founded a new venture and acquired funding to build the MVP with his team.
