Dear product people

Have you ever faced a challenge while writing your product/feature copy? How many times we as PMs have heard that the product description should be short & crisp but meaningful at the same time!
Sometimes, while writing those error messages, we forget to mention the actual problem & say "something went wrong".
Find out how and what skills you’ll need to do this perfectly.

In this session, you'll learn:

Writing for delightful products
- Can words delight?
- Why does it matter?
- Grammar *blech*
- Copy metrics for product managers
