Class open to all levels. Recommended for yogis with 3 months steady practice. Beginner and intermediate students welcome.
Led by Claudine Varesi. Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.
A gentle hatha flow class with focus on the breath. Students will be guided through sequential, strengthening, flowing and balancing poses to warm the body while drawing continuous attention to rhythmic, gentle, deep breaths, as students move through the postures. Class will end with a seated, still meditation. Everyone will feel comfortable and at ease with their practice in this class!
