Alignment-Based Yoga with Natasha Foreman

Rooted in the principles and teachings of Iyengar Yoga, this class is for anyone new to yoga, the seasoned practitioner, and everyone in between. Emphasis is placed on standing poses that help open up the hips and shoulders, and poses with breath work to help foster ease in your body. Build strength, stamina, and flexibility - the foundation of any practice - with basic postures (asana), breath work (pranayama), and relaxation (savasana).
