Mindful Meditation

Class open to all levels. Beginners welcome.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15-12:45pm. Led by rotating instructors.

Meditation is a practice in which you can learn to access and cultivate your capacity to actively engage in caring for yourself and find greater balance, ease, and peace of mind. Each session participants will be guided through a 20 minute meditation, including a brief introduction of meditation, as well as ample quiet time. Claudine is honored share this practice with you and support your exploration of living mindfully. Please feel free to ask questions and bring up any obstacles you may encounter.
