Prana Flow® Yoga, created by Shiva Rea, includes both classical and innovative approaches to Vinyasa yoga. This practice will incorporate elements of Pranayama (breath work), Meditation (mental relaxation) and creative Asana (pose) sequencing for an empowering and playful yoga experience! Students of all levels are welcome.
