What we're about

Greetings! This group aspires to create a community of individuals interested in outdoor fitness and conditioning. We believe in the principle that functional fitness methods should be available to everyone and should be shared. Often, when the gym fees have been paid, the lack of knowledge and structured regimen become the next hurdle.

Everyone is welcome to join regardless of fitness level (given no medical conditions dictate otherwise!). Whether you are adept, a beginner at physical training or just starting out your fitness goal, please feel free to join us!

We will be using boot-camp style training used by athletes for conditioning. This group employs primarily functional exercises including: Bodyweight exercises, Plyometrics, CORE training, Interval Conditioning, and Density Drills.

So! All you will need is a bottle of water, a yoga mat, a towel and a positive attitude! :)
