What we're about
This meetup is set up to do a fun and challenging boot camp in one of the best parks and areas of the city. It will be an outdoor fitness bootcamp providing cardio conditioning, full body strength conditioning, and core exercises in a supportive team environment for people of all levels. We will be in beautiful Prospect Park and utilize many of it natural aspects to workout. The fee will normally be $25 per person, per class which will last about 50 min. and can be paid by credit card.
